There is no Moonera player account, server-side gameplay profile or cloud leaderboard to delete. You do not need to send an account-deletion request to stop using the game.
Erase game data on Android
- Open Android Settings. Choose Apps, then Puzzlume. On some phones, long-press the app icon and choose App info.
- Open Storage or Storage & cache. Menu names vary between phone manufacturers.
- Choose Clear storage / Clear data. Read the Android confirmation and confirm only if you want to erase your progress.
It removes local game progress, active boards, stars, Crossword points and bonuses, daily history, game records, settings and any retained legacy saves. Clearing cache alone does not delete all saved game data.
You can also uninstall the app to remove its local installation data. Android may offer to keep data or later restore a backup, so review those options if your goal is complete removal.
Check device backups
Clearing app storage does not necessarily remove data already held by Android or another device-backup service. Review your phone’s backup settings and your provider’s removal options if you also want backup copies removed. A restored backup may bring back previous progress after reinstallation.
Moonera cannot access or delete your Google account, Play history or operating-system backups. See Android backup help ↗.
Remove support correspondence
If you previously emailed us and want that correspondence removed, email Puzzlume@moonera.in with the subject “Puzzlume privacy request”. Send the request from the email address used for the original conversation and identify the messages concerned. Do not send passwords or identity documents.
We use that request to locate and remove correspondence we no longer need. If any records must be retained for a specific obligation, we will explain the reason. We cannot erase copies held independently by your own email provider.

Send your phone model and Android version to Puzzlume@moonera.in. We can help you locate the relevant controls. This website cannot remotely clear game data on your phone.
